Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position,
Knowledge and experience in modeling IT systems using UML notation, as well as modeling business processes using BPMN notation,
Knowledge and experience in analyzing user requirements, maintaining and developing systems, implementing new functionalities,
Ability to identify and manage user requirements and create system specifications,
Ability to create business requirements, manage their versions and life cycle,
Analytical thinking skills enabling the transformation of data into reports,
Ability to create requirements/analytical documentation,
Experience in operational work with data is welcome (e.g. in a data warehouse, BI, business use of information, etc.),
Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and Jira tools is desirable
Responsibilities
Developing a detailed system analysis of the service (based on business requirements and overall technical design), i.e.:
- designing the database structure, database validation, interfaces, methods, error messages, technical aspects of communication, security, logging scope
- development of technical specifications for access interfaces for external systems (xsd, validations, correctness rules)
- a description of the technical requirements that must be met by the external system to use the interfaces
- description of the service methods, the scope of returned data and the minimum set of parameters necessary to invoke them
- preparation of sample input and output messages for all interfaces
Maintaining and updating the repository of analytical documentation of systems,
Proposing and consulting system solutions with clients and implementers of defined requirements,
Support for programmers and testers in the software development cycle and its subsequent maintenance,
Participation in IT projects as a business analyst,
Defining problems and needs at the business level,
Obtaining, agreeing and analyzing business requirements and developing recommendations for business solutions,
Creating specifications for functional and non-functional requirements and responsibility for their quality and consistency,
Documenting existing processes, preparing proposals for their modifications and designing new processes based on BPMN notation,
Analytical work at the stages of design, production and testing of IT systems;
Conducting workshop meetings with clients
